Question 1

Which garment types are supported?

Accepted Answer

Swaydrobe supports these garment types: tops, bottoms, dresses, outerwear, shoes, accessories.

Question 2

What image formats and sizes are supported?

Accepted Answer

Garment and body-photo uploads accept JPG or JPEG, PNG, GIF, and WebP files up to 20MB. HEIC and HEIF files are not supported.

Question 3

Are my photos private?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Saved body photos stay private to your account. Swaydrobe does not share them to a public feed, profile, or gallery.

Question 4

Do I need consent before uploading a photo?

Accepted Answer

Yes. You must actively agree before saving a body photo, and you must have permission to use every photo you upload, including permission from anyone shown in it.

Question 5

How long does Swaydrobe retain my body photo?

Accepted Answer

A saved body photo remains in your account until you remove it. There is no automatic expiry, so use the Remove control when you no longer want it stored.

Question 6

What are the limitations of an AI try-on preview?

Accepted Answer

Swaydrobe provides a short AI styling assessment based on your saved body photo and garment image. It is an approximation with meaningful uncertainty: it does not determine exact fit, measurements, or identity, and it does not produce a photorealistic generated image. Treat it as styling guidance, not a guarantee of fit, color, fabric, proportions, or final appearance.

The useful answers, without the fine-print fog.
